Bourbon45 ml bourbon or rye
Campari30 ml Campari
Sweet vermouth30 ml sweet vermouth
Orange1 strip orange peel
Ice cubesfor stirring and serving

Method

  1. 1Stir the bourbon, Campari and vermouth with ice for 25 seconds.
  2. 2Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass, or up into a chilled coupe.
  3. 3Twist the orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
