Clam and tomato juice180 ml clam and tomato juice
Worcestershire sauce2 dashes
Red chilli sauce2 dashes hot sauce
Lemon juice2 tsp lime juice, plus a wedge
Saltcelery salt, for the rim
Black peppera pinch
Ice cubesa glassful
Celery1 stalk, to garnish

Method

  1. 1Rub the rim of a tall glass with lime and dip in celery salt.
  2. 2Fill with ice, add vodka, Worcestershire, hot sauce, lime juice and pepper.
  3. 3Top with clam and tomato juice and stir gently.
  4. 4Garnish with a celery stalk and lime wedge.
Serve it like this
