Ingredients

4 servings
Button mushroom500 g, halved or quartered
Olive oil3 tbsp
Garlic5 cloves, sliced
Dried red chilli1, crumbled
Flat leaf parsley2 tbsp, chopped
Lemon juice2 tsp
Saltto taste

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Heat the oil until shimmering and add the mushrooms in one layer. Leave them alone.
  2. 2Toss, then add garlic and chilli and cook until the garlic is pale gold.
  3. 3Season, add lemon and parsley and serve sizzling.
Serve it like this
