Ripe plantain (ripe nendran banana)3 very ripe, black skinned
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)3 tbsp
Salta pinch

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Peel and slice the plantains thickly on a diagonal.
  2. 2Fry in oil on medium heat until deep golden on both sides.
  3. 3Drain and sprinkle with salt.
