Strawberry yoghurt bark, party style.

Ingredients

8 servings
Hung curd (greek yogurt)2 cups thick hung curd
Honey2 tbsp
Vanilla essence (vanilla flavouring, imitation vanilla extract)½ tsp
Strawberries10 strawberries, thinly sliced
Blueberriesa handful
Dark chocolate (bittersweet chocolate)30 g, melted, for drizzling
Desiccated coconut (unsweetened shredded coconut)1 tbsp

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Line a tray with baking paper. Whisk the hung curd with honey and vanilla until smooth.
  2. 2Spread the yoghurt about 1 cm thick in an even slab.
  3. 3Scatter the strawberries and blueberries, press them in lightly, drizzle the chocolate and sprinkle the coconut.
  4. 4Freeze until firm, then break into shards and serve straight from the freezer.
Serve it like this

Pile jagged shards on a chilled plate or in paper cups and bring them out straight from the freezer.
