Ingredients

4 servings
Potato4 medium, boiled, peeled and grated
Green peas½ cup, boiled and mashed
Cornflour (cornstarch)2 tbsp
Ginger2.5 cm, grated
Green chilli1, chopped
Coriander leaves (cilantro)a handful
Garam masala½ tsp
Chaat masala1 tsp
Dry mango powder½ tsp
Red chilli powder (indian red chili powder)½ tsp
Saltto taste
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)1 tbsp

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Grate the potatoes while warm and mix with peas, cornflour, ginger, chilli, coriander and spices.
  2. 2Shape into 10 flat tikkis and chill 15 minutes.
  3. 3Brush with oil and air fry at 200°C, turning once, until golden and crisp.
Serve it like this

Serve hot with green chutney and tamarind chutney, or top with curd and sev for chaat.
