Ingredients

4 servings
Paneer400 g, in 3 cm cubes
Hung curd (greek yogurt)½ cup
Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder2 tsp
Garam masala1 tsp
Chaat masala1 tsp
Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)2 tsp
Besan (chickpea flour, gram flour)1½ tbsp, roasted
Lemon juice2 tsp
Mustard oil1 tbsp
Saltto taste
Capsicum (green capsicum, green bell pepper)1, in squares
Onion1, in petals

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Mix hung curd, ginger garlic paste, spices, roasted besan, kasuri methi, lemon, salt and mustard oil into a thick marinade.
  2. 2Coat the paneer, capsicum and onion and rest 20 minutes.
  3. 3Thread onto skewers that fit the basket, or lay in a single layer. Air fry at 200°C, turning halfway.
  4. 4Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon.
Serve it like this

Serve on skewers over sliced onion with lemon wedges and green chutney.
