Ingredients

Olive oil½ cup
Balsamic vinegar¼ cup
Prepared mustard2 tsp, Dijon
Honey1½ tsp
Garlic1 small clove, grated
Salt½ tsp
Black pepper¼ tsp

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Put vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, salt and pepper in a jar and stir.
  2. 2Add the oil, close the lid and shake hard until thick and cloudy.
  3. 3Taste on a leaf, adjust salt, and keep in the fridge up to a week. Shake before using.
Serve it like this
