Bircher muesli.

Ingredients

2 servings
Rolled oats (porridge oats)1 cup
Milk⅔ cup
Curd (plain yogurt, natural yoghurt)½ cup
Apple1 large, grated with skin
Lemon juice2 tsp
Honey1 tbsp
Almonds2 tbsp, chopped
Raisins1 tbsp

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Mix the oats with milk and curd and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
  2. 2In the morning grate the apple and toss it at once with lemon juice.
  3. 3Fold the apple, honey and raisins into the oats, loosening with a splash of milk if needed.
  4. 4Top with chopped almonds and serve cold.
Serve it like this

Spoon into glasses or bowls, top with almonds, extra apple and a drizzle of honey. Serve chilled with coffee.
