Ingredients

Tomato puree⅓ cup

Tomato ketchup (ketchup)1 tbsp

Dried oregano1 tsp

Red chilli powder (indian red chili powder)chilli flakes, to taste

Salta pinch

White bread8 slices

Butter1½ tbsp

Onion1 small, chopped

Capsicum (green capsicum, green bell pepper)½, chopped

Sweet corn kernels (corn kernels)¼ cup, boiled

Tomato1 small, deseeded and chopped

Mozzarella1½ cups, grated

Method

4 steps

1Mix tomato puree, ketchup, oregano, chilli flakes and salt into a quick pizza sauce.
2Lightly butter one side of each slice and toast the other side on a tawa for a minute.
3Spread sauce on the toasted side, add vegetables and cheese.
4Bake at 200 C for 8 to 10 minutes, or cook covered on a low tawa until the cheese melts.

Serve it like this

Cut each slice diagonally and serve hot with ketchup and chilli flakes. Pack cooled for tiffin.
