Ingredients

4 servings
Beef700 g flank or skirt steak
Orange juicejuice of 1 orange
Lemon juicelime juice, 3 tbsp
Garlic5 cloves, minced
Jalapeño1, chopped
Coriander leaves (cilantro)¼ cup, chopped
Cumin powder (ground cumin)½ tsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)1½ tbsp
Saltto taste
Corn tortilla12 tortillas
Onion1, chopped

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Mix orange, lime, garlic, jalapeño, coriander, cumin, soy, oil and salt. Marinate the steak 1 to 4 hours.
  2. 2Heat a grill or heavy pan until smoking. Wipe off excess marinade and cook the steak 3 to 4 minutes a side.
  3. 3Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly across the grain.
  4. 4Chop into small pieces and serve in tortillas with onion, coriander and salsa.
