Butter1 tbsp

Method

5 steps

1Heat the cream until steaming and pour over the chocolate. Wait 2 minutes.
2Stir from the centre until smooth, then stir in butter, vanilla and salt.
3Cover and chill 2 hours until scoopable.
4Scoop teaspoons and roll quickly between cool palms.
5Roll in cocoa and keep chilled.
