Ingredients

Egg4
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)2 tsp
Butter2 tsp
Onion1 small, finely chopped
Green chilli1 to 2, chopped
Ginger garlic paste1 tsp
Tomato1 medium, chopped
Turmeric (ground turmeric)¼ tsp
Red chilli powder (indian red chili powder)½ tsp
Pav bhaji masala½ tsp
Saltto taste
Coriander leaves (cilantro)a handful

Method

5 steps
  1. 1Heat oil and butter. Add onion and green chilli and cook until soft and light golden.
  2. 2Add ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes.
  3. 3Add tomato, turmeric, chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and salt. Cook down.
  4. 4Lower the heat. Crack in the eggs, let them sit 20 seconds, then scramble gently into the masala.
  5. 5Cook until the eggs are just set, then add coriander and serve with pav or roti.
Serve it like this
