Curd (plain yogurt, natural yoghurt)1 cup, thick
Mint leavesa big handful
Coriander leaves (cilantro)a handful
Green chilli1
Cumin powder (ground cumin)½ tsp, roasted
Black salt½ tsp
Lemon juice2 tsp
Sugar½ tsp
Salta pinch

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Blend mint, coriander and chilli with lemon and a spoon of curd until smooth.
  2. 2Whisk the paste into the rest of the curd with cumin, salts and sugar.
  3. 3Chill and stir before serving.
Serve it like this
