Ingredients

Hung curd (greek yogurt)½ cup
Eggless mayonnaise (eggless mayo)¼ cup
Buttermilk¼ cup
Garlic1 clove, grated
Dill leaves1 tsp, finely chopped
Flat leaf parsley1 tbsp, chopped
Spring onion (green onion, scallion)1 tbsp chives or greens, snipped
Dried mixed herbs (italian seasoning)½ tsp
Lemon juice2 tsp
Salt½ tsp
Black pepper½ tsp

Method

  1. 1Whisk hung curd and eggless mayo until smooth.
  2. 2Whisk in buttermilk, lemon, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper.
  3. 3Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve it like this
