Ingredients

4 servings
Poha (flattened rice)2 cups chira
Curd (plain yogurt, natural yoghurt)1½ cups thick doi
Jaggery⅓ cup, grated
Banana2, sliced

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Rinse the poha in water and drain. Rest a few minutes.
  2. 2Spoon poha into bowls and top with thick curd.
  3. 3Add grated jaggery and banana slices. Mix and eat.
Serve it like this

Serve hot on a plate, with a few fresh coriander leaves on top.
