Rice flour1¼ cups, fine
Thick coconut milk1⅔ cups
Sugar¾ cup
Ghee1½ tbsp
Cardamom½ tsp
Cashews1½ tbspMethod
- 1Whisk rice flour, coconut milk and sugar until smooth.
- 2Cook on low heat with ghee, stirring, until it just thickens.
- 3Pour into a greased plate, top with cashews and steam 25 minutes.
- 4Cool completely and cut into diamonds.
Serve it like thisCut into diamonds and serve two pieces on a plate with sulaimani tea.
