Ingredients

4 servings
Chicken, curry cut (bone in chicken, small pieces)750 g
Kashmiri chilli powder1½ tbsp
Ginger garlic paste2 tbsp
Black pepper1 tsp
Garam masala½ tsp
Turmeric (ground turmeric)¼ tsp
Lemon juice1 tbsp
Rice flour2 tbsp
Curry leaves2 sprigs
Coconut oilfor frying, absorbed
Saltto taste

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Marinate chicken in chilli, ginger garlic, pepper, garam masala, turmeric, lemon and salt for an hour.
  2. 2Add rice flour and toss.
  3. 3Deep fry in coconut oil until crisp and cooked through with no pink remaining.
  4. 4Fry curry leaves and scatter on top.
Serve it like this

Serve hot on a platter with fried curry leaves, onions and lemon.
