Ingredients

4 servings
Okra (lady's finger)400 g bhindi, slit lengthways into thin strips
Besan (chickpea flour, gram flour)⅓ cup
Rice flour1½ tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder1 tsp
Chaat masala1 tsp
Dry mango powder½ tsp
Turmeric (ground turmeric)a pinch
Saltto taste
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)1 tbsp

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Wash and dry the okra completely before cutting into thin lengthwise strips.
  2. 2Toss with spices, salt and oil, then sprinkle besan and rice flour and toss until coated.
  3. 3Air fry at 190°C in a single layer, shaking every few minutes, until crisp and golden.
  4. 4Sprinkle chaat masala and serve immediately.
Serve it like this
