Tea leaves (black tea leaves)1 Earl Grey tea bag or 1 tsp leaves
Water120 ml just boiled
Milk150 ml
Sugar2 tsp, or vanilla syrup
Vanilla essence (vanilla flavouring, imitation vanilla extract)a few drops

Method

  1. 1Steep the Earl Grey in the hot water for 4 minutes.
  2. 2Heat and froth the milk with the sugar and vanilla.
  3. 3Remove the tea and pour the milk over, spooning foam on top.
