Ingredients

4 servings
Tea leaves (black tea leaves)2 tsp gunpowder green tea
Mint leavesa big handful
Sugar3 tbsp
Water3¼ cups boiling

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Put the tea in a teapot, add a little boiling water, swirl and pour it away.
  2. 2Add the mint, sugar and boiling water. Steep 3 minutes.
  3. 3Pour a glass from a height and pour it back into the pot. Repeat twice, then serve from a height.
Serve it like this

Pour from a height into small glasses with a mint sprig. Serve with pastries.
