Coil the noodles in a deep bowl, pile shredded mutton on one side and halved eggs on the other, pour broth to the rim, and top with a tight tangle of ginger, crisp onion and coriander.
What goes with Nihari ramen: a bread or rice, a side, something to drink and something sweet.
