Spinach1 large bunch
Salta pinch
Garlic2 cloves, grated
Soy sauce2 tsp
Sesame oil2 tsp
Sesame seeds2 tsp
Spring onion (green onion, scallion)a little, finely sliced

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Blanch the spinach in salted boiling water for 30 seconds and rinse in cold water.
  2. 2Squeeze out the water firmly and loosen with your fingers.
  3. 3Toss by hand with garlic, soy, sesame oil, sesame seeds and spring onion.
Serve it like this

Shape into a small neat mound in a little dish and sprinkle with extra sesame. Serve with rice and other banchan.
