Cooking oil (vegetable oil)3 tbsp

- 1Break up the cold rice with your hands so no clumps remain.
- 2Stir fry the pork in a very hot wok with a little oil until browned. Add onion, carrot and peas for 2 minutes.
- 3Push aside, scramble the eggs in the space, then mix through.
- 4Add rice and toss over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add both soy sauces and white pepper.
- 5Toss in sprouts, spring onion and sesame oil for 30 seconds and serve.
