Ingredients

2 servings
Water450 ml (250 ml for tea, 200 ml for lemonade)
Tea leaves (black tea leaves)2 black tea bags
Lemon juice50 ml fresh lemon juice (2 lemons)
Sugar3 tbsp
Lemon4 thin slices
Ice cubesplenty

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Bring 250 ml water to the boil, take it off the heat and steep the tea bags for 4 minutes.
  2. 2Lift out the bags without squeezing and let the tea cool.
  3. 3Stir the sugar into the remaining 200 ml cold water with the lemon juice until dissolved.
  4. 4Fill glasses with ice, pour in lemonade to halfway and top with tea. Add lemon slices.
Serve it like this

Serve in tall glasses over plenty of ice with a lemon wheel on the rim and a long spoon.
