Ingredients

6 servings
Brie1 small wheel
Cheddar cheese150 g aged, in shards
Parmesan80 g, in chunks
Water crackersa box
Grapesa bunch
Apple1, sliced
Dried apricot8
Walnuts½ cup
Honey2 tbsp
Fruit jam (jam or preserves)2 tbsp fig jam

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Bring cheeses to room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. 2Place cheeses apart on a board, each with its own knife.
  3. 3Pour honey and jam into small bowls; tuck them near the sharp and soft cheeses.
  4. 4Fill gaps with crackers, fruit, apricots and walnuts.
Serve it like this

Arrange on a wooden or slate board with a separate knife per cheese, fruit in clusters and honey in a tiny bowl. Serve at room temperature.
