Ingredients

Dates1½ cups, pitted
Almonds½ cup
Cashews½ cup
Walnuts⅓ cup
Cocoa powder (unsweetened cocoa powder)1½ tbsp
Chia seeds1 tbsp
Desiccated coconut (unsweetened shredded coconut)¼ cup, for rolling
Salta pinch

Method

5 steps
  1. 1Lightly roast the nuts in a dry pan for 4 minutes and cool.
  2. 2Pulse the nuts to a coarse crumb.
  3. 3Add dates, cocoa, chia and salt and blend until it clumps into a ball.
  4. 4Roll into 24 balls and roll half in coconut.
  5. 5Chill 30 minutes. Store in the fridge up to two weeks.
Serve it like this
