Ingredients

8 servings
Minced pork (pork mince, ground pork)600 g
Egg5: 2 raw, 3 hard boiled
Carrot1, finely diced
Red bell pepper (red capsicum, red pepper)1, finely diced
Onion1, finely chopped
Raisins¼ cup
Dill pickles (gherkins)¼ cup sweet pickle relish
Processed cheese (american cheese)80 g, in sticks
Sausages (snags, bangers)3 hot dogs, halved lengthwise
Breadcrumbs½ cup
Sugar2 tsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Salt1 tsp
Black pepper½ tsp

Method

5 steps
  1. 1Mix the pork with 2 raw eggs, carrot, pepper, onion, raisins, relish, breadcrumbs, sugar, soy, salt and pepper.
  2. 2Fry a teaspoon to taste the seasoning and adjust.
  3. 3Spread half the mixture on foil into a rectangle. Line up hot dogs, quartered boiled eggs and cheese down the middle.
  4. 4Roll the foil tightly into a log and twist the ends. Repeat to make two logs.
  5. 5Steam the logs for 50 to 60 minutes until firm. Cool, then slice. Fry the slices if you like.
Serve it like this

Slice into thick rounds to show the egg and hot dog mosaic, fry until edges crisp, and serve with banana ketchup and rice.
