Green beans350 g, cut in 2 inch sticks
Carrot2 large, cut in sticks
Onion1 medium, sliced
Garlic3 cloves, minced
Ginger2.5 cm, minced
Tomato puree3 tbsp
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)2 tbsp
Water½ cup
Saltto taste

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Cook the onion in oil until soft and golden. Add garlic and ginger, then the tomato puree.
  2. 2Add carrots, beans, salt and water. Cover and cook on low.
  3. 3Uncover and toss until any water is gone.
Serve it like this
