Ingredients

Tomato3 firm, diced
Onion1 red onion, thinly sliced
Green chilli1 to 2, finely chopped
Coriander leaves (cilantro)a handful, chopped
Lemon juice1½ tbsp
Saltto taste

Method

  1. 1Soak the sliced onion in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2Toss tomato, onion, chilli and coriander.
