Banana4 ripe
Chapati, cooked4 day old chapatis or thin breads
Ghee2 tbsp
Honey2 tbsp
Fresh cream (thickened cream, heavy cream)4 tbsp

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Tear the bread into small pieces and warm it in the ghee over low heat.
  2. 2Add the sliced bananas and mash everything together with a sturdy spoon or a wooden pestle.
  3. 3Spoon into bowls and top with cream and a generous trickle of honey.
Serve it like this
