Apricot paste sheet1 sheet, torn
Water1 litre hot
Sugar2 tbsp, to taste
Orange blossom water (orange flower water)½ tsp
Ice cubesto serve

Method

  1. 1Tear the apricot sheet into pieces and soak in the hot water for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
  2. 2Blend until smooth and stir in sugar and orange blossom water.
  3. 3Chill well and serve over ice.
