Raw mango (green mango)2, sliced
Jaggery½ cup
Panch phoron1 tsp
Mustard oil2 tsp
Dried red chilli1
Turmeric (ground turmeric)a pinch
Water1¼ cups
Salta pinch

Method

  1. 1Temper panch phoron and red chilli in mustard oil.
  2. 2Add mango, turmeric, salt and water; cook until soft.
  3. 3Add jaggery and simmer until syrupy.
