Dried omija berries⅓ cup dried omija berries
Water4 cups, cold
Honey4 tbsp (or sugar)
Peara few thin slices, cut into shapes
Pine nuts1 tsp
Ice cubesto serve

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Rinse the berries and steep in cold water for 12 hours.
  2. 2Strain through a fine cloth.
  3. 3Stir in honey until dissolved.
  4. 4Serve over ice with pear slices and pine nuts floating on top.
