Ingredients

4 servings
Maida (all-purpose flour, plain flour)1⅔ cups
Egg2
Milk¾ cup
Thin coconut milk¾ cup
Wateras needed
Turmeric (ground turmeric)½ tsp
Salt½ tsp
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)for greasing

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Whisk the maida, eggs, milk, coconut milk, water, turmeric and salt into a smooth, runny batter. Strain and rest 15 minutes.
  2. 2Heat a greased non stick pan on medium.
  3. 3Fill a roti jala cup or squeeze bottle and drizzle crisscross circles over the pan.
  4. 4Cook 1 minute without flipping until set. Fold into quarters or roll.
Serve it like this

Fold into triangles or rolls and stack on a plate beside a bowl of chicken curry.
