Ingredients

6 servings
Hung curd (greek yogurt)2 cups thick Greek yogurt or hung curd
Cucumber1 large, grated
Garlic2 to 3 cloves, grated
Olive oil1½ tbsp
Vinegar1 tsp, or lemon juice
Dill leaves1 tbsp, chopped, or mint
Saltto taste

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Grate the cucumber, salt it and squeeze out the water in a cloth.
  2. 2Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, vinegar, dill and salt.
  3. 3Drizzle with olive oil and chill 30 minutes before serving.
Serve it like this

Spoon into a bowl, swirl the top, drizzle with olive oil and add an olive or a sprig of dill. Warm pita alongside.
