Ingredients

4 servings
White bread8 slices, crusts removed
Butter2 tbsp, soft
Processed cheese (american cheese)1 cup, grated
Eggless mayonnaise (eggless mayo)¼ cup
Carrot1 small, grated
Capsicum (green capsicum, green bell pepper)¼, finely chopped
Sweet corn kernels (corn kernels)⅓ cup, boiled
Tomato ketchup (ketchup)1 tbsp
Black peppera pinch
Salta pinch

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
  2. 2Mix cheese, mayo, carrot, capsicum, corn, pepper and salt.
  3. 3Butter each slice, spread the filling, add a thin line of ketchup and roll tightly.
  4. 4Wrap in cling film and chill 30 minutes, then slice each into 3 or 4 spirals.
Serve it like this

Stand the spirals cut side up on a platter, tight together. Serve cold or pack in a tiffin.
