Today

What's for dinner, sorted.

You don't need a thousand options at 7 pm. You need three good ones.

Bloom reads the room: your mood, the weather in your city, the time on the clock, what's in your pantry, and every diet and allergy at home. Three dishes, one swipe. Right to cook, left to skip. Meeting adjourned.

  • Allergies are hard filters, never suggestions
  • Picked for the whole household, grandparents to toddlers

Every kitchen. One table.

From rasam to ramen.

Biryani on Sunday, pasta on Wednesday, pho when it pours.

Bloom is for people who love food, wherever they cook: 406 cuisines, from Naples, Oaxaca, Seoul and Beirut to Kerala, Lagos and Lima. Every dish gets the same care, with your diets and allergies first, versions, cook mode and the story.

  • Your names, your units

Cilantro or coriander, cups or grams, °F or °C. Local names and grocery apps in ten countries, sensible defaults everywhere else.

  • Mocktails for the whole table

Cocktails only for adults who opt in, always with an alcohol free version alongside.

  • The same care, every cuisine

Allergy filters, versions, cook mode and the story work the same for ramen as for rasam.

For your cook

Your cook gets it, in their language.

No more “the green one, not that green one” at 8 am.

Send tomorrow's menu on WhatsApp. Your cook opens a private link in their own language, from Spanish, Tagalog and Arabic to Hindi, Kannada or Nepali, 34 in all. They hear it read aloud, tap Done and tell you what's running low. It lands on your shopping list. Nobody downloads anything.

  • One WhatsApp message, one private link
  • Read aloud in their language

Grandma's way or your way.

Same dish. Seven moods. Zero family arguments.

Every recipe comes as a ladder: Grandma's way at the top, then Lighter, Millet swap, Protein mode, Weeknight hero, Fusion and Sugar smart. Tap a rung and the ingredients, time and protein change with it. Grandma doesn't have to know.

  • Paneer: added, for protein

Cook mode

Bloom counts the whistles.

So you can stop guarding the cooker like it owes you money.

Cook mode listens for the pressure cooker and counts every whistle, then tells you when to switch off the flame. Timers keep running between steps, and each step can be read out loud while your hands are full of dough.

  • Listens on your phone. Nothing is recorded or sent
  • Timers carry on across steps and reloads
  • Hands busy? Say next, back or repeat
0whistles

Toor dal, 3 whistles. Tap the cooker each time it whistles.

Snap your fridge

Point. Shoot. Dinner.

That lonely bag of okra has a future after all.

Take a photo of your fridge or shelf. Bloom spots what's there, then ranks dishes by how much of it they use and how little you'd need to buy. No photo? Tap what you have from a picture grid.

  • Up to three photos, fridge or shelf
  • The missing bits go on your list in one tap

Tomorrow

Lunchboxes sorted. Mornings saved.

Five school days, zero repeats, and no “same thing again?”

Plan a week of lunchboxes for each child, tiffin, bento or dabba: packable dishes that suit their diet and allergies, nut free school rules respected, never the same dish twice in five school days. The soak and prep reminder lands at 9 pm, so tomorrow's overnight oats or idli actually happen.

  • A week per child, swap any day
  • Nut free school? Handled
  • Tonight's prep reminder at 9 pm

Craving Express

Go on, fill the cart. We'll wait.

Pretend, all of it. Nothing is charged, ordered or delivered, no payment details are asked for, and the restaurants are made up.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Is Bloom free?

Yes. Bloom is free to use: the daily picks, all 4,330 recipes, cook mode, sharing the menu with your cook, holiday plans and the lunchbox planner. You don't need a card to sign up. The only paid thing is the optional monthly Box of pantry staples in India, and only if you order one.

Do I need to download an app?

No app store needed. Bloom is a web app you can install: open thebloomhealth.com on your phone and add it to your home screen. It then opens full screen from its own icon, like any other app. On Android, Chrome offers Install app; on iPhone, use Share and then Add to Home Screen in Safari.

Will it work on my phone?

Bloom works in any recent browser on Android phones, iPhones, tablets and computers. Installing it needs Chrome, Edge or Samsung Internet on Android, or Safari on iPhone. Notifications on iPhone need iOS 16.4 or later and Bloom added to the home screen.

How does Bloom handle allergies and diets?

Allergies are hard filters. Tell Bloom what each person at home can't eat (milk, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, mustard, gluten, sesame, egg, fish or shellfish) and dishes with those ingredients never reach your picks. Diets work the same way: vegetarian, eggetarian, vegan, Jain or non veg. Bloom works from recipe ingredients, so always check the labels on packaged foods yourself.

Is this medical or diet advice?

No. Bloom is a cooking companion, not a doctor or a dietitian. Nutrition per serving is calculated from a curated ingredient table, never made up by AI, and it is an estimate. The Sugar smart setting offers general guidance, not medical advice. If you manage a health condition, follow your doctor's or dietitian's advice.

What happens to my data?

Your diet, allergies, household and cooking history are used only to choose food for you and show nutrition. They are never used for advertising and never sold. You can download everything or delete your account from Settings at any time, and deletion is immediate.

How does sending the menu to my cook work?

You send a WhatsApp message with a private link. Your cook opens it without an app or a sign in, reads the menu in any of 34 languages (Spanish, Arabic, Tagalog, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Nepali and more), can have it read aloud, tap Done, and tell you what's running low. The link expires in 7 days and you can switch it off any time.

Is Craving Express a real delivery app?

No, and that's the joke. It's a pretend delivery app inside Bloom: nothing is charged, ordered or delivered, no payment details are ever asked for, and the restaurants are made up. It shows you the money and time you keep by cooking instead.

Where does Bloom work?

Anywhere you cook. Bloom is for people who love food, wherever they are: the recipe library covers kitchens from Italy, Japan, Mexico and the Middle East to every Indian region, side by side. In the US, the UK, India, Australia, Canada, the UAE, Singapore, New Zealand, South Africa and Ireland you also get local ingredient names, units and grocery app links; everywhere else gets metric units and ingredient names with their alternates. Tell Bloom your city and the weather joins in.

Tonight's dinner won't decide itself.

Well. Now it will. Free, no passwords, leftovers optional.
